2020 Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Quarter

Design

On the reverse side of the coin the design shows a girl planting a Norway spruce tree next to a larger tree. This depiction shows the life cycle of the forest and how conservationists help continue and protect this life cycle. The motto "LAND STEWARDSHIP" is shown on the coin.

Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is located in Woodstock, Vermont. This park preserves the area where conservationist Frederick Billings managed a forest and dairy farm. The park is named after its previous owners.

These coins are part of the America the Beautiful quarters program.

The US minted different series of the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller quarter. There is the 2020 P quarter, 2020 D quarter, 2020 W quarter, 2020 S quarter, 2020 S proof quarter and 2020 S silver proof quarter.

Proof coins are essentially coins that have more detail. They are minted on special planchets and it takes longer to produce them. They are specifically made for collectors so you won't find any in your spare change.

The 2020 W quarters have a V75 privy mark to honor the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II.

MS 65 gem uncirculated- There is strong luster and eye appeal. A few light contact marks may be present but they are barely noticeable.

PR 66DC proof- There are minimal marks and hairlines.

PR 69DC proof- Only the slightest imperfections are present.
