The 1899 O dime is worth around $10 in good condition. In very fine condition the value is around $100 and in extremely fine condition the value is around $150. Lastly the 1899 S dime is worth around $8.50 in good condition. In very fine condition the price is around $35 and in extremely fine condition the price is around $45. Proof coins are available and they are valued at around $500 each in PR 63 condition. There were only 846 proof coins minted but mostly all of them were saved by collectors so the value isn't as high as you might expect.
