Value

This coin in circulated condition is worth more than its weight in silver. But just for reference, the silver melt value for this coin is $1.20 as of December 07, 2019. This melt value is calculated from the current silver spot price of $16.57 per ounce.

The 1887 dime with no mint mark and the 1887 S dime have similar values. In good condition each coin is worth around $15. In very fine condition the value is around $25 and in extremely fine condition the value is around $35. In uncirculated condition the price is around $150 for coins with an MS 60 grade. Uncirculated coins with a grade of MS 63 can sell for around $250-300.

Proof coins with no mint mark are available and they are valued at around $600 each in PR 63 condition. There were only 710 proof coins minted but mostly all of them were saved by collectors so the value isn't as high as you might expect.
